Phone issues
I am having trouble opening apps. Every time that I click to open an app it wont work. I have tried shutting off my phone but it only has siri pop up and even siri won't respond back.

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
