My apps won't open and my power button doesn't work. How can I fix my phone? Siri doesn't work as well.

Phone issues I am having trouble opening apps. Every time that I click to open an app it wont work. I have tried shutting off my phone but it only has siri pop up and even siri won't respond back.

Opening apps I'm currently unable to open any of my apps, and I tried with Siri and it didn't work. I also tried restarting my phone and I couldn't restart it. Any ideas on how to fix it?
