Itunes backup
Hi- My phone was run over by a car. I'm trying to load a backup onto my new phone and my backups are missing from itunes on my Windows PC. Why am I not given a backup option when I plug my new phone in? Thanks

If you go through the setup process on your new device, step 5 will be about apps & data, here you can select restore from Mac or PC.
