Homekit automation work when tested but then wont work

I have an Eve motion sensor setup to then turn on a Lightwave Light switch. This automation worked fine until a week ago then stopped working.

I have removed both accessories, deleted then re-added them, then rebuilt the automations but they still wont work.

Doing a test works perfectly turns the lights on, but as soon i try to use it by walking by the sensor nothing happens. The LED on the sensor comes on and the icon in homekit lights to say motion detected but it doesn't trigger the light.

Similarly I can manually turn the light on and off.

Im baffled but maybe doing something simple wrong.

Any idea?
