AV adapter
I have an Apple lightning digital AV adapter which I used for my old iPad. My new iPad has a USB-C charging port now. What connector can connect USB-C port with the Apple lightning digital AV adapter so it works with my new iPad?

USB-C and Lighting are completely different interfaces. You will not find an adapter with which to connect Lightning accessories to a USB interface; a simple plug-adapter does not include an active interface converter.
For your new iPad, you will now require an appropriate USB-C to HDMI adapter - such as Apple’s USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter:

Apple’s adapter incorporates HDCP - this being essential for playback of copyright-protected HD media content.
There are third-party alternatives, from manufacturers such as Satechi. Many USB-C hubs also incorporate HDMI ports. If using third-party adapters, check for HDCP 2.0 support if you intend to stream or display HD media content on an attached monitor or TV.
