I can’t hear any one that calls me when I receive their calls and they can’t here me as well to and also can’t make call on whatapp

My micro phone is being use by another unknown application how can I disconnect it on my iPhone 6s Plus because when I receive call I can’t hear what they say and they can’t hear what I say either
