No. Apple Card is strictly paperless.

Also note, that without an iPhone, you won't be able to use the card through contactless Apple Pay in stores except for Apple Stores, and you won't be able to manage payments

If you have the physical card you can still use it in stores normally that accept Master Card.

You can use any computer or device and log into https://card.apple.com/ for a statement.

I don't know about mail options.
