Relocated items

MacOS, I have just booted up to a fresh MacOS High Sierra the iTunes , Appstore , and Safari have been really out dated so I decided to upgrade to the new MacOS Monterey from a usb device, in which I did successfully. After I upgraded, I seem to have a folder named "Relocated Items" and inside is another folder called "Security" in that is "System" then to "Library" then to "LaunchAgents" finally to a Document of some sort named "com.apple.mobiledeviceupdater.plist." What do I do with this exactly?
