When does Apple charge for a product order shipment?

Hiya.

I've been trying to get my hands on the iPhone 13 everywhere in my area (in England) and it's completely out of stock!

Resorted to ordering on Apple themselves for the first time ever since I usually purchase through another main chain in person like Argos or Curries PC etc. so kind of new to how all this works via Apple.

I verified the bank as it asked me to verify via opening and accepting the payment of the £779 through online banking. Did that and a few hours later it changed to processing. How long will it take from that to move on to the next stage - Preparing to Ship?

It's just the money hasn't came out of my bank yet and I've only got £780 on my card (just enough for the iPhone!). Slightly worried I've forgotten a subscription from somewhere (which is what I usually do - whether it's through a monthly subscription like an apple game or netflix etc.) and I want apple to take the money out ASAP so if another thing does charge it'll automatically cancel it.
