Hi, I bought the Ipad Pro 12.9 2021 and I charge it with the 20W Apple original charger. I think to buy the 30W charger, but Im not sure if it will charge the Ipad faster. And if it will charge it faster, there is a big difference?

The 30W charger WILL NOT charge your new iPad Pro ANY faster.
iPad Pro charging rate is 18W +/- 1 or 2 W and that is it.
You gain nothing purchasing a larger wattage charger for any current iPads.
