Bluetooth Lost

I installed Monterey OS and my bluetooth went away, no mouse, no keyboard etc. I had to buy a mouse with a tail to access my Mac Pro, I talked to apple care and we reinstalled the Monterey software and still no bluetooth. Any patches or suggestions on how to get bluetooth back. (shift and option keys and bluetooth shows no reset) Here is what my Hardware says, it seems to be there is NO firmware.

 Bluetooth Controller:

  Address: NULL

  State: Off

  Chipset: BCM_4350C2

  Discoverable: Off

  Firmware Version: v0 c0

  Product ID: 0x0001

Supported services: 0x382039 < HFP AVRCP A2DP HID Braille AACP GATT Serial >

  Transport: UART

  Vendor ID: 0x004C (Apple)

Hi, Bigwave Rider- i have a few suggestions: i don’t know exactly what year your Mac Pro is… but try the following: reset smc/pmu …. Followed by 3-4 pram zaps… then let the Mac pro start up as per usual…. Restart, holding down the “shift” key to get into single user( safe) mode.. you’ll have to be persistent in holding it down , as safe mode is slower to start up than regular mode…see if the problem re-occurs in safe mode..do the reset then zap pram and see what it says under “Hardware”… then try safe mode…
