How do I stop my MacBook and iPhone volume from syncing? When I am listening to music, if I turn down the volume on my phone, it turns down the volume on my MacBook too. How do I stop this from happening?

We understand that your Mac and iPhone volume are syncing. Are you using the Music app or a different app? Are you an Apple Music subscriber? Check to see if you have the Continuity feature Handoff enabled. Review the support article Use Handoff to continue tasks on your other devices.
