how can I change photos put automatically in the library not from the time it was shot but when I load them?

In the main library - you can't.
However, if you look in the "imports" folder, they are in there by time imported. (Note this will not include photos synced from a phone by iCloud - possibly also not via photostream, but I don't use this, so can't check)
