Unknown callers going direct to voice mail? Do not disturb or Focus is off.

Do you have Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers turned on? See: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207099

No it’s off. I’ve since spoken to Apple Support about the issue and they think the problem may be with my carrier. Thanks.

Any idea what the carrier did to correct this problem? I've been on the phone for almost an hour with my carrier to correct this!

It took a couple tries, but AT&T did something on their end, and now my phone works fine.

Thank you, it took me an hour and a half with Xfinity and they finally got it working.
