iPhone 12 wireless charging problem

I have an Anker wireless charging pad. It charges the two other iPhone 12's in my house but not mine. I get a flashing blue light when I put mine on there instead of the solid blue I get with the others. Any ideas?

It depends on what the status of the lights mean. From the sounds of it, solid Blue light means charging and a blinking Blue light means there's an error. I'd check your phone (the one that's not charging) to make sure it's free of any obstructions and the case is compatible to wirelessly charge with. It could be that the case is too thick.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

If the above does not work then review this guide from Apple âž” If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge
