Iphone 11 with IOS13.2 - Wont charge on wireless Charging Pad

Just purchased the 11 pro with Belkin pad from apple online.

Trying to use the 7.5W Belkin Wireless Charging Pad purchased via Apple, but it is lifeless and not sure if its the phone or pad!

I've tried with and without the case, I've tried it in different power sockets - each time when plugged in the green light appears for 1-2 seconds, but seems to "die".

Any other ideas please?
