I am having a **** of a time with my otherwise excellent 1Phone 12 mini but one thing that's making me nuts is that often when I have the phone to my ear it will dial numbers. Very frustrating when going through a tree of "press 1 if..." type calls. Anyone have a fix?

Ensure you keep the iPhone very close to your ears that will enable Proximity sensor and disable touch. If you keep a bit further away the touch remains active and that may result in dialing if that touches your face as in your case.
