I bought a watch from someone and its locked. How can i unlock and put my info on the watch.

Bought a watch off the market place and the lady didn't reset the watch. Because it was on market place all contact is deleted. So we don't know how to put our info on to watch and delete her stuff

You have run into Activation Lock, unless you can contact the seller there is nothing you can do except recycle it.
