Verify payment

When making a purchase on my iPhone 6 a pop up came on my screen. This said VERIFY PAYMENT and then I clicked continue. When it took me to the page it was very laggy so I exited out and now am not able to purchase anything because it is waiting for the purchase to happen. How would I be able to verify my payment and continue with the purchase
