Verify payment on iphone12

I’m trying to purchase an app and it says i have to verify payment info so i click continue and nothing says verify and everything seems right. I have used Apple Pay with this phone with no issue. I also cannot buy anything on Apple TV says same thing verify payment info. I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max.
