Tv not powering back up after sleep mode

I have just bought a refurbished 2018 Mac mini connected it to a Samsung 65" tv. Everything works fine but if it goes to sleep at night it won't come back on with the press of a key or the movement of the mouse. I have to reset the Mac mini for it to boot again????

I am just using a HDMI lead, which I know works perfectly as it was on my 2013 Mac mini setup for years and I never had this issue.

I have tried turning sleep off but, nothing!! It simply says on the screen that the tv cannot find the source and shows a powered off button.

Im on Monterey 12.0.1.

Is there a solution to this as I have only switched my old Mac mini to a newer version and now have problems which I can see that others are have with 2 monitors also??

Thank god I thought I was going mad!!!
