Netflix sign in.

I had the same error on my Apple TV (3rd generation) when trying to sign in to Netflix.

Netflix and Aplle tech support couldn't fix the issue.

Then I discovered that there was a ":" character in my Netflix account password.

When I remove this symbol, I can sign in to Netflix from my Apple TV 3.

This issue only happened on Apple TV, my phone and tablet signed in to Netflix successfully.

Please uninstall the Netflix app from your Apple TV, then unplug the Apple TV from it's power source for 2-3 minutes. Next, power it up, re-download the Netflix app from the App Store and sign in .

Has anyone been able to figure this problem out? I’ve had this issue before and been able to log in eventually, but now I can’t seem to figure it out. I’ve done all the resetting and password remaking and unplugging and contacting and I don’t know what else to do
