HomePod Mini

I got a new iPhone and I moved a HomePod mini and it now keeps saying "Im having wyfy issues, look in the home app for more information" I have tried all steps listed, including the ones to manually reset the pod. Unplugging it and plugging it back in does not give me the spinning light. And when i touch and hold to reset it repeats the saying above. Yes I did unpaire it and removed it from my iPhone home app. Is it broken? Any suggestions? How long is the warrantee?

Thanks for the help.

The warranty is typically one year unless local regulations require more.

Your Wi-Fi router needs to be set up with WPA/WPA2 wireless security and with any client/access point/wireless isolation/security feature turned off. See If you can’t set up HomePod - Apple Support. Note that:

  • HomePod doesn't support public or subscription networks with sign-in requirements. These networks are often in places such as businesses, schools, dorms, apartments, hotels and shops.
