Adding covid vaccination to iphone wallet

I have an iphone XR, that is updated with the latest iOS 15.1.

I scan the QR code, and ONLY have the option to add this Health. There is no option to add to my Wallet.

Ive tried deleting and rescanning, and this does not work.

Im not sure what else I can do.

Located in ON, Canada

Contact the QR code issuer if they have enabled "Add to Apple Wallet" feature.

The vaccination provider will have to provide an Add to Apple Wallet link in their web page
