Adding covid vaccination to iphone wallet

I have an iphone XR, that is updated with the latest iOS 15.1.

I scan the QR code, and ONLY have the option to add this Health. There is no option to add to my Wallet.

Ive tried deleting and rescanning, and this does not work.

Im not sure what else I can do.
