trying to re-set up an old ipod touch under a new user. all of until we get sent a verification code. Instruction says enter password followed by verification code. Tried various ways but keep getting incorrect id or password. Any suggestions

To sign in with 2 factor authorization, just add the sent code after the password. So if password=pass and code = 110011, just enter pass110011

I cannot activate ipod touch mini because I cannot remember the user name and password that was used to set up ipod touch when purchased. It is no the same user name and password that I am currently using for all of my other apple products.

It’s my first time using this iPod and never use one before
