SIM Card problems @ unhelpful advisors.
My SIM card doesn’t work on my new iPhone. I’ve been contacting advisors through chats and calls, I talked to more than 6 in chats and had two calls with senior advisors now.
It’s the worst experience for me!
They took me through steps that didn’t solve the problem and finally they LITERALLY STARTED ENDING CALLS AND CHATS!!!! They just did it all of a sudden after giving positive sentences about how they’re gonna solve the problem and stuff! What’s wrong!? Why are they escaping and lying!? I’m sick of this.
No SIM card works on my iPhone and no Advisor is helping. There’s no contact number for apple in my country. What do I do next??
