email privacy in Monterey

Since the update to Monterey I have been getting a message on all of my email accounts saying:

"your network preferences prevent content from loading privately" then there is a button to the right saying "load content directly".


I have gone into my mail privacy settings and taken off the check to protect the mail activity as well as unchecked the hide IP address, but I still get the message. I hate to think I will need to individually load the content on each email I receive, is there a workaround to automatically load?

On that page, disabling all checkboxes should allow all content to load.
