iOS "Shortcut" to "Add a Record to a Form" in a Numbers sheet no longer distributes the values correctly across the columns of the new row.

iOS Shortcut operation is simple: Add a new row to a table in a Numbers sheet via a Numbers form. Values for new row are collected via a dialog implemented using Shortcuts on my iOS devices. Values for seven columns are collected via the dialog.

Problem is that the seven values are not distributed across the table columns. Instead, all of the values are appended into a string and stuffed into a new row in column A.

If I use the "+" command to add each Shortcut variable to the Values list in the Command, the previous variable is simply replaced by the lates selection. If I add all the variables in one use of the "+" command, then the values append into the single string. If i insert commas, the commas simply end up on the string that lands in Column A.

Any suggestions? (Frustratingly, I had this working until today. Attempted to add the seventh column, and kaboom. Have not been able to get it to work correctly.)

#1. Shortcut snippet. See the command at the bottom. This is what's not working.

#2. Incorrect Form entry. (Note how the new values all get stuffed into Column A.)

#3: Table in Numbers Sheet showing correct entries, until the incorrect one on the last row.)
