I received my new iPhone 13 pro max this week and the outlook notifications just won’t work. I’ve tried so many things, all the correct notification settings are ‘ticked’, DND/Focus not on, hard restart, deleting and restoring Outlook app, another hard restart.. I’ve tried everything Google/Apple could provide and still nothing. I’m at a loss, please help!

Do you receive other notifications?
If you go to Settings > Notifications > Outlook, how are Notifications for Outlook configured?

All setting are as they were on my previous phone, it’s only since upgrading my phone to the iPhone 13 pro max that I’ve had this issue. Attached is a photo of the settings.
