Where on the drive are Safari tab groups stored?

Today I couldn't solve a problem at first and thought I'd have to reset Safari (15.1). I presume that that would erase my Tab Groups but typically the Apple Support articles don't address that specifically. So I wanted to back up my Tab Groups prior to resetting, but of course no Apple article bothers to tell you where they're located on the drive. I can't find them in ~/Library/Safari, they're not in CloudTabs.db or Bookmarks.plist. Where are they?

Thank you. Since you didn't bother to mention where this difficult-to-find-file is, for others who might be reading, it's at:

~/Library/Containers/Safari/Data/Library/Safari/SafariTabs.db

I also have to point out that it's ridiculous that Apple doesn't keep this file with the other Safari data, in ~/Library/Safari
