Application can’t be downloaded from AppStore

Good afternoon,

I ran into a problem that PS Remote Play application can’t be downloaded from AppStore.

When I try to download an PS Remote Play application from AppStore i receive this error “Cannot connect to iTunes Store” (screenshot attached).

I even can’t find this application in my AppStore.

Maybe you know the reason why I am not able to download PS Remote Play application from AppStore on my iPad Pro?

Thanks for getting back with us about this, Denis. Is this the only app you're experiencing this with? Can you download another test app to see if your account is working as expected? Do you have another Apple device you could test this download on, possibly? The app page indicates that it requires iPadOS 13 or later. Is your iPad fully updated? Which iPadOS is your device using?

Please let us know the results of those tests and we will continue investigating.

To start with, I want to thank you for your reply. I checked and did all the steps which you suggested but unfortunately it didn’t help and I am still not able to find and download PS Remote Play application from AppStore.

Do you know other solution to this issue?
