will not let me upgrade my discord nitro subscription because it says i bought with apple, and, it says no subscriptions?

i checked the apple store and it says i have no subscriptions. I cannot upgrade the discord nitro at the moment cause it says i purchased it using apple? i can not find it anywhere and i followed all the steps?

cant re-install discord because of "billing info" i recently uninstalled discord while it still had an ongoing subscription on it, when i tried to reinstall discord it said i needed to "manage payments" and it brought me to a card that i had cancelled LAST YEAR and also wasn't even the card i used to pay for the discord subscription. so i decided just to cancel the subscription and remove the old card from my apple ID but it still will not let me download discord with putting in billing info. it also does this when i try to re-download apps i didnt even have a subscription for. how do i fix this?
