Is there a way to convert recorded ilhone 13 pro max into wide angle? Did 'my phone also record the video using the wide angle lens?

You cannot use a given Focal Length of a camera and then convert a video to a Shorter Focal Length (Wide angle). This is because the extra video along the frame is not captured.
You can, however, use a Shorter Focal Length (Wide Angle) and then crop the frame to make it look like a Longer Focal Length (Telephoto) video in the result.

No, you cannot convert it to wide angel in the sense that you will get scenery which is not currently seen.
