Filmora failed to load files

Hello,

I downloaded Filmora today and I've been trying to edit a video and its been working fine until just now when I've been trying to add media and it keeps saying "failed to load files." Any idea why?

Hello.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're experiencing issues when trying to load files to a specific third-party video editing program. If so, allow us to assist and point you in the right direction for help.

If an app isn't properly working as it should, you can try to quit the app and relaunch it and also try restarting your Mac to see if that helps:

Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, you can try to uninstall and reinstall that specific app as well. Just in case, the resources below can guide you through this task:

If the app continues to not work properly, even after a fresh reinstall, try reaching out to the app developers for assistance. They might be able to help:

We hope this information is useful. Cheers.
