Ipad Pro Second screen problem

I would like to connect my iPad pro (15.1) as a second sceen to my Macbook Pro (M1, BigSure), but when I try to connect from the display menu, it's faild (The device timed out.). Same wifi and also connected with cable. Please help me! Thank you!

To use Airplay or Sidecar, have you read carefully ALL the requirements listed on the support article that led you here ?:--> Use an iPad as a second display for a Mac).
