unable to complete Touch ID enrollment.

My 3-month-old MacBook Pro M1 had an issue with Touch ID. It was fine until I woke up the next days. Is this related to Hardware or software issues? Here are the diagnostic results code " BMT004, BMT005, BMT003."

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.0
