lost shipment

I ordered an apple pencil on october 28th, it's status in the UPS website hasn't changed in 4 days and when I contacted them they told me that the last scan was on 11/01 and that it might be lost. They told me to contact the shipper so here I am, has anyone had a similar experience? it's supposed to arrive on Wednesday but that doesn't seem likely anymore and I'm worried.

So, contact the shipper and ask or you may need to wait until after Wednesday before you can do that. You have checked the tracking number progress?
