I did not receive Apple Pencil order

My Track Shipment said RoyalMail, the pen was delivered to me since Monday 24th Oct but I did not received it.

When I check on the web, it’s said “ARRIVING SOON” and not been “delivered” yet. It’s suppossed to delivere since 26th Oct. Today is 28th and Im freaking out. Where can I report this problem? Am I going to lose my pen?
