I did not receive Apple Pencil order

My Track Shipment said RoyalMail, the pen was delivered to me since Monday 24th Oct but I did not received it.

When I check on the web, it’s said “ARRIVING SOON” and not been “delivered” yet. It’s suppossed to delivere since 26th Oct. Today is 28th and Im freaking out. Where can I report this problem? Am I going to lose my pen?

UPS did not deliver my order, or taking way too long I ordered a Logitech combo touch case with my iPad Pro six days ago. The package was mentioned to arrive in 1-2 days. Both my iPad and Apple Pencil arrived the very next day but it’s been over 5 days and there has been no updates on my case. I urgently need it and at this point It would be better if apple simply refunds my money so I can buy the case from my closest Apple store (as it’s in stock). What can I do?

Fake Apple Pencil in an Apple Box purchased from Best Buy I purchased a 2nd Generation "apple pencil" from Best Buy along with my IPad. After a month and a half, it stopped working and I tried to return it to Best Buy with the original packaging and receipt only to be told by Best Buy that it was not an apple pencil. It had a C-UBS and magnetized to the IPAD but did not have "Pencil" on the side of the pen. I did not pay it any attention because it worked until it no longer paired or would hold a charge. Is anyone else having similar issues?
