UPS did not deliver my order, or taking way too long

I ordered a Logitech combo touch case with my iPad Pro six days ago. The package was mentioned to arrive in 1-2 days. Both my iPad and Apple Pencil arrived the very next day but it’s been over 5 days and there has been no updates on my case. I urgently need it and at this point It would be better if apple simply refunds my money so I can buy the case from my closest Apple store (as it’s in stock). What can I do?

If you ordered them through an apple store the Apple Store app and website should give you information and status about them. I would recommend contacting UPS with the tracking number provided to you with the purchase or reach out to apple support if you did in fact order through the apple website/in store. If UPS is already investigating there isn't much you can do to speed it up. If you need it urgently and can still cancel the order, going to the store in person to purchase the products may be necessary. I hope this helps!
