Who should I contact when my iPhone order by UPS is delayed?

Hello guys,I have order iphone 16 pro max on 28 th octomber,ups got it on 29 th octomber and they have not deliverd it sinsce,now they are telling me that i should conntact shiiper to start investigation on my behalf,what should i do? And if anyone knows how long does it take to investigate all of this

The best way to contact Apple is through the order number:

Viewing & Changing Orders

Also see:

Contact - How to Contact Us - Apple

If UPS received the package from Apple, but didn't deliver it, make sure that you file a claim with them regardless of what they tell you. It is their responsibility. Get a claim number!

If UPS can prove that they delivered it , then it might be on you. Check with your insurance company.
