UPS did not deliver my order, or taking way too long
I ordered a Logitech combo touch case with my iPad Pro six days ago. The package was mentioned to arrive in 1-2 days. Both my iPad and Apple Pencil arrived the very next day but it’s been over 5 days and there has been no updates on my case. I urgently need it and at this point It would be better if apple simply refunds my money so I can buy the case from my closest Apple store (as it’s in stock). What can I do?
