Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I placed an order on April 3, I ordered an Apple Pencil and an iPad. On April 12 I received the Apple Pencil and they debited the money from the Apple Pencil, instead the iPad is still processing and they have not debited the money. I don't know if I should cancel the order, I don't understand what's happening, it's already 14 and the order is still processing, is it normal?

It will stay at that status until it is being prepared to ship. When the item ships (close to the anticipated arrIval date), Apple will send you an email with an updated arrival date and tracking information. At that time your method of payment will be charged.
