My order is still processing

I placed an order on April 3, I ordered an Apple Pencil and an iPad. On April 12 I received the Apple Pencil and they debited the money from the Apple Pencil, instead the iPad is still processing and they have not debited the money. I don't know if I should cancel the order, I don't understand what's happening, it's already 14 and the order is still processing, is it normal?

It is normal for an order to stay in the processing status until right before it ships. The estimated delivery date given when you placed the order is usually pretty accurate. You can use instructions in the following to see the estimated date: Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple
