Microsoft Remote Desktop Microphone Access
Hello.
I have multiple users that cannot use their microphone specifically in Teams while accessing the Azure remote connection we have set up.
They are using Mac computers, the Most recent version of the Remote desktop application and have the latest operating system updates on their Macs.
We have allowed Mic access in the privacy settings for the remote desktop app but it still shows up as un-checkable in the edit session menu when trying to allow access through the Application.
We have also checked the settings on Teams within the remote connection, and tried quitting/ restarting teams as I saw on another forum post.
What am I missing? I have one mac user currently able to use his Mic without issue, but he is using a Macbook from 2012 with the most current version of Mojave that he can update to.
