i contacted dell+ windows they told that the issue is from your side!
other bluetooth devices works just fine on dell, airpods pro works fine on windows 10 pc and apple devices!

AirPods working fine on Apple devices and other Windows devices is a very strong clue that the problem is in the one device which fails to work. You don't say anything about where you have looked in the Dell/Windows configuration or what software you are trying to use to source audio to the AirPods so we don't even know enough to risk a guess what to try next. Please post back with more detail of the setup etc and we *might* be able to help.
