How do I set my video thumbnail to be fixed?

My photo gallery keeps setting my video thumbnail to somewhere in the middle of the video. Video thumbnails supposed to be the beginning of the video but after some time it changes itself. I am facing this problem on my iPhone 12 but not on my previous iPhone 6. Is there a way to fix my video thumbnail at the beginning of the video. Because I can differentiate between videos only looking at the beginning.
