Note Sharing Verification Code

The Note I have shared has successfully been opened by 2 of the 4 invitees. However one person says they are getting an error message stating that they cannot open the note without a verification code, and that the verification code is not working. How can I solve this issue?

Shared Notes I am trying to share a note with another person. When they open the message to join the notes it ask to verify the account or something to that effect. However, the phone number it shows is not the correct phone number of the recipient. How can I fix this issue?
