I have a smart card added to health but it will not add to wallet on iOS 15.1

I received a SMART card for my covid vaccine. I was able to scan it and add it to health app. But I am not able to add it to my wallet. It shows in health app summary as Immunizations and has QR code. However there is no way to add it to my wallet.

Adding Vaccine card to wallet My Vaccination record is showing in Health but there is no option to add to wallet. It was added by scanning QR Smart Card from health provider and says verified with check mark.

Have an immunization record from healthcare provider in Apple Health, can't create a Wallet card I have immunization records for the covid vaccine in the MyChart app. I have Apple Health permissioned to import data from the healthcare providers including vaccinations. I see vaccination events in Apple Health Summary and under Browse > Health Records > Immunizations. But nowhere on either of those Health App immunization events in Summary or under Browse, can I find a way to turn those events into a card for the Wallet. What am I doing wrong? There were all sorts of news articles about how IOS 15.1 Health and Wallet would support adding proof of vaccination to the Wallet app.

Ignore this... I thought I had already upgraded to 15.1... as it turns out I had not!
