Can we expect cinematic mode in iPhone 12 Pro model?
If not, can we expect some software updates which could capture images having more details in it?
I recently switched from Samsung using s9 plus!

There is no Apple here in these user to user technical forum.
You will need to upgrade your phone to a iphone 13 if you want that feature.
